Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We send text messages only to customers who have given us permission, either in person, over the phone, or by giving us their mobile number when booking service. Messages are about your own account — appointment confirmations, when we are on the way, when a job is finished, and reminders that recurring service is due.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also call or email us using the details below and we will remove your number.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make our business run — for example the company that delivers our text messages and the company that hosts our software — and only so they can perform that function for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records for as long as you are a customer and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we are required to keep it.

Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
