NPowrd — Business Software for Nurse-Owned Practices
In development — not taking customers yet

The business side of your practice, without the medspa price tag.

Scheduling, clients, invoicing, and reminders for solo and small nurse-owned practices. Built by a former nurse who is talking to owners first and writing code second.

Who it's for

What it handles

What it will never do

NPowrd is not a medical record system. No charting, no before-and-after photos, no intake or consent forms, no injection maps. That stays in whatever you already chart in.

That's a deliberate line, not a missing feature. Your patients' clinical records deserve a system built to hold them — and the business side of your practice deserves one that isn't priced like a hospital.

Who's building it

I'm Keith. I spent eight years in healthcare as a nurse, and I write software now. I'm not a nurse anymore, and I'm not going to pretend the two jobs are the same — but I know what a shift feels like, and I know what it's like to watch someone good at their job get buried in admin that has nothing to do with the job.

Right now I'm doing the unglamorous part: asking practice owners how they actually run things, and finding out whether the tools they already pay for are fine. If they are, I'd rather learn that now than build something nobody needs.

If you run one of these

I'd genuinely like to hear what the annoying part of your week is. No pitch, no demo, nothing to buy — there isn't anything to buy yet.
